Biographies - Initial Incorporators
Andrew M. Chon, Chairman
Andrew M. Chon was an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Mr. Chon had the worldwide responsibilities of new business development, digital convergence business and venture investment business. Prior to Samsung Electronics, he held various senior executive positions with Lucent Technologies, AT&T and NCR Corporation. His diverse management experience includes business devleopment, strategic management, marketing & sales management, and technology & risk management. Mr. Chon received a B.A. in Economics from UMBC and earned an Executive M.B.A. from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University. Mr. Chon is a founder of The Korean Community Center Foundation and currently serves as its Chairman of the Board. Throughout his career, Mr. Chon has been active in numerous community, charitable, and educational organizations. Mr. Chon is an elected member of The National Academy of Engineering of Korea.

Ross Wishnick, Vice Chairman
Ross Wishnick was a homebuilder for 25 years specializing in Active Adult Communities. He was a senior executive with Crestwood Village, Inc., a New Jersey developer and one of the pioneers in what is today one of the fastest growing segments of the homebuilding industry. Mr. Wishnick was a founding director of the New Jersey chapter of the Community Associations Institute and was a member of the New Jersey Alliance for Action, a consortium of business, labor, government and academic leaders dedicated to improving the State’s economy by improving its infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Wishnick was a founding director of First Washington State Bank based in Windsor, New Jersey. For 15 years, he helped grow the bank from one branch to 15 branches, from $3 million in assets to just under $500 million. He served on the loan, personnel and technology committees during his tenure.

Peter M. Crowley
Peter Crowley is a twenty five year senior banking executive with an extensive depth of knowledge and a wide range of experience in all aspects of commercial, retail and investment banking. Mr. Crowley was most recently Senior Vice President for Bank of America’s Commercial Middle Market Banking group and was responsible for leading the bank’s Professional Service Business in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Crowley held senior management positions in New Jersey with PNC Bank (Senior Vice President and Private Bank Director) and Midlantic Bank (Senior Vice President and Director Investment Services).
Mr. Crowley also served in a number of senior management roles while at Citibank, including Retail Sales Director and Area Director in the Consumer Retail Bank, Managing Director in the Private Bank and Regional Business Manager for Citicorp Services. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Crowley spent several years in consumer sales and marketing with Union Carbide Corporation.
Mr. Crowley has his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is an NASD Licensed Investment Professional with his Series 24 General Securities Principle’s license and his Series 7 General Securities Representative license. Mr. Crowley has lived in the Princeton area since 1981 and raised his family here. During that time, Mr. Crowley, his wife Patricia, and sons Richard and Michael have been actively involved with a number of educational and local community groups in Princeton and the surrounding Mercer County area.

Stephen Distler
Stephen Distler spent 25 years in the financial services industry, mostly as Managing Director and Treasurer at Warburg Pincus, LLC, one of the world’s pre-eminent private equity investment firms. He is an active venture investor and a member of the Board of Trustees of Washington University in St. Louis and the University Medical Center at Princeton, where he currently serves as Campaign Chairman for the hospital’s relocation fundraising effort. He is also Chairman of the Center for Policy Research of New Jersey, a non-partisan think-tank that develops free-market solutions to public policy problems in New Jersey.

Richard Gillespie
Dick Gillespie is the recently retired Founder and President of Gillespie, Inc. Started in 1973 with no clients and little capital, the agency grew to become one of the 75 largest advertising agencies in the United States with annual billings in excess of $200 million. The agency was acquired by McCann-Erickson in 1998 and Dick served on both the North American and Worldwide Boards of the firm’s direct marketing division. Highly experienced in financial services marketing, Dick has worked with many major banks and financial services companies including Capital One, The Bank of New York, Household and MBNA to name a few. He was elected to the New Jersey Advertising Hall of Fame. He presently serves as Vice Chairman of MediGuide America and is a partner in Optura Marketing.

John Horvath
John Horvath is a founding member of the Certified Public Accounting firm Horvath & Giacin, PC, established in 1989. He has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 24 years, practicing in both public and private accounting. He has served as division controller for a Fortune 500 company and was a founding member of three Certified Public Accounting firms. He has assisted numerous corporate clients in obtaining financing for acquisitions and expansions. He is a charter member of the Hunterdon Warren chapter of NJSCPA and a member of the AICPA. He served on the first appointed peer review teams established by the New Jersey Society of CPAs. He has served on the advisory committee for Sun Bank for the past five years. He is also a founding member of Planned Investment Equities, a real estate investment company formed in 1985.

Kevin R. Kenyon
Kevin R. Kenyon has been in the financial services industry since 1982. Mr. Kenyon is the President and a Director of the area’s largest privately held non-bank, non-realtor owned residential mortgage bankers. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. He was a director and founding member of Christmas in April (Trenton), a non-profit housing organization. He also served as a trustee and director for six years of the Bedens Brook Club in Skillman, New Jersey.

Janet Lasley
Janet Lasley worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. She was the founder and President of Lasley Construction, Inc., established in 1985 and co-founder and Co-President of Lasley Brahaney Architecture and Construction, established in 1998. Her company has focused primarily on custom residential renovations and the construction of new homes. After a brief stint at college, Ms. Lasley left to become a political activist and carpenter’s apprentice. After years of field work as a carpenter, she moved into a variety of management positions in several local construction companies. Ms. Lasley was active on the Board of Directors of the Foundation at the University Medical Center at Princeton. She participated in and chaired several charity events, often devoted to raising awareness and money for cancer care and research. She also was involved in several non-profits such as HomeFront, the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the Stony Brook Watershed, and the Rocky Hill Planning Board.

Robert N. Ridolfi, Esq.
Robert N. Ridolfi is the managing member of the law firm, Robert N. Ridolfi, LLC, specializing in land use and real estate law. He has been a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey since 1974 and a member of U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the Denver University College of Law. Mr. Ridolfi is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association where he served as Chairman of the real estate section for several years. He has had significant experience in complex residential and commercial financing transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Ridolfi has been active in numerous community, charitable and educational organizations in the Hopewell area.

Jeffrey Sands
Jeffrey Sands is the managing member of Hilton Realty Co., LLC, a real estate investment and development company with properties located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Investments include apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings and parks, warehouse parks and land. He joined the company after receiving accounting and law degrees. Mr. Sands has experience in contract negotiations and managing the complex financial issues which arise from intricate real estate transactions. For ten years, Mr. Sands served as a director of Commonwealth State Bank, which was located in Newtown, Pennsylvania. As a concerned, civic minded individual, he has participated in a number of charitable events.

Gregg Chaplin
Gregg Chaplin is the founder and President of G.E. Chaplin, Inc. of Flemington, New Jersey. The company was formed in 1988 and functions as a chemical marketing and distribution company serving the North American markets. In 2001 Mr. Chaplin acquired Quality Chemical Resources, a metal based chemical importing company dealing with factories in mainland China. The companies’ combined annual revenues exceed $20 million.

Bumsung Han
Bumsung Han has been in the family entertainment business for many years and is currently the President of Big Brother World, Inc., one of the area’s largest distributors of Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo entertainment products and services. Many of his dealers are located in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is also very active in Korean community, charitable and educational organizations.

W. Andrew Krusen, Jr.
W. Andrew Krusen, Jr. graduated from Princeton University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology. He began his career in the energy industry, in which he remains heavily involved. Since 1987, he has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Financial Group, Inc., a merchant banking organization that provides investment capital to the natural resources, communications, niche manufacturing and distribution, and medical technology sectors.
Mr. Krusen served as one of the directors of Florida Banks, Inc. from August 1998 until its acquisition in July 2004. He also served as Chairman of the Board of First National Bank of Tampa from 1991 until its acquisition by Florida Banks in August 1998. He is currently a director and chairman of Florida Capital Bank Group, Inc., a Florida bank holding company.

Emmett Lescroart
Emmett Lescroart is an entrepreneur and businessman. As managing director of Chapman Associate’s Mid-Atlantic office, Mr. Lescroart represents a wide range of clients including successful companies in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, building materials, business service, specialty contractor and communications industries. Mr. Lescroart joined Chapman Associates after a 25 year career in the manufacturing and service industries.
Prior to joining Chapman Associates, Mr. Lescroart was the president, CEO and owner of an industrial service business with over $50 million in revenues. Mr. Lescroart started with this company right out of college and ultimately became President and CEO of the entire company. Mr. Lescroart sold his company to an internationally recognized engineering firm.Mr. Lescroart currently sits on the boards of directors of several middle market companies, some of which he is a part owner.
Mr. Lescroart earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Davis. He lives with his wife and five children in Princeton, New Jersey.

Dennis Machulsky
Dennis Machulsky is a principal in the Certified Public Accounting firm of Horvath & Giacin, PC, located in Pennington, New Jersey. Mr. Machulsky joined the firm in 1993 and has dealt with several area banks on behalf of his clients to help them attain their goals. Currently Vice President of Programming for the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, he has also served as Vice President of Membership and as Treasurer. Mr. Machulsky is a graduate of Trenton State College and currently sits on the Alumni Association Executive Board at The College of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Casey K. Min has been in the manufacturing, importing and distribution of home improvement products business for many years and is currently the President of Circle 3 Farms, Inc., specializing in integrated multi-business concepts blending home improvement, organic produce and ready made meals. He is very active in community development activity, particularly environmental issues.

J. Scott Needham
J. Scott Needham is the President of Princeton Air Conditioning, one of the largest HVAC businesses in the central New Jersey region. Mr. Needham is originally from West Windsor and Hopewell and now resides in Pennington, New Jersey with his family. He is currently the President of the Princeton Corridor Rotary Club (’06-’07) and has been an active member since 1998. He also serves on the Mercer County Community College Foundation Board and is an active member of the EDEN W.E.R.C’s Business Advisory Council which serves to find community based employment for adults with Autism. He is also an active member with the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce and won its “2004 Entrepreneur of the Year” award with his father Joe. The Needhams also won the New Jersey Small Business Administration’s “New Jersey Small Business Persons of the Year” award in 2005.

Henry Opatut
Henry Opatut is a homebuilder and real estate developer active in New Jersey for over 30 years. He is managing a portfolio of office and commercial properties and is working to obtain site approvals for undeveloped land. Mr. Opatut has been engaged in various civic and charitable activities and is presently on the Board of Directors of the Dysautonomia Foundation. He was a founder/incorporator of both the First Washington State Bank in Windsor, New Jersey and the Community Bank of New Jersey in Freehold, New Jersey, both of which have since merged with other institutions.

James Riley
James Riley is currently a Senior Vice President with Marsh, Inc., a leading global insurance broker. He is a managing consultant and national practice leader within the consulting division, advising corporate clients who sustain large property claims. After a career as an international insurance claim adjuster, in 2001, Mr. Riley formed Cara Solutions, Inc., a firm that specialized in the consultation and preparation of large corporate insurance claims. The firm assisted corporate clients with the recovery of billions of dollars in insurance payments related to the 9/11 disaster. Mr. Riley’s insurance background has given him extensive experience working with financial institutions, manufacturing, telecommunication, mining, retail, petrochemical, construction and other major industries.

Eric Steinfeldt
Eric Steinfeldt is the recently retired Vice President/Co-Owner of Bohler Engineering, PC. Started in 1985, Mr. Steinfeldt assisted in building Bohler into one of the most successful multi disciplined Civil Engineering organizations in the Mid Atlantic and New England area, with over 600 employees. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in several states, Mr. Steinfeldt developed expertise in Land Development practice. Through the course of Mr. Steinfeldt’s 18 years with the Firm, Bohler managed the expansion program for several regional and national Retail clients and bank chains including Commerce, PNC and Bank of America. Mr. Steinfeldt presently owns and operates Control Point Associates, Inc., Atlantic Traffic and Design Engineers, Inc. and Whitestone Associates, Inc. which are firms specializing in Land Development services for a large array of retail, industrial and commercial clients throughout the New York and Philadelphia markets.
