The only system requirements needed are access to the Internet and an updated browser such as Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater or Netscape Navigator 6.0 or greater.

Is Personal Banking Online secure?
Yes, Personal Online is very secure. In fact, you are required to use a browser with the highest form of encryption (128bit SSL) available for today’s popular browsers.  This means that information passing from your computer to the Bank’s site is encrypted, making it virtually impossible for anyone to access your account information. However, we do ask that you take the following steps to maintain the security of your accounts and personal information:

• Memorize your Access ID and Password. Never write it down or reveal it to anyone.

• Change Your Password often. It is a good idea to change your Password on a regular basis. You can do this by clicking on the "Change Password" button after logging in.

• Log out after each session. Always click on the "Sign Off" button when finished with your computer. If you share a computer with other individuals, you may want to completely close the Internet connection after using Personal Banking Online.

How late in the evening can I make an online transfer?
You can transfer funds 24/7. However, the transfer cutoff time for current day's business is 6:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Any online transfers after 6:00 pm are on the next business day, so activity after 6:00 pm, Friday would be reflected in Monday's activity.

If a scheduled transfer falls on a weekend or holiday, when will the transfer occur?
Transfers scheduled for a weekend or holiday will occur on the first business day after the weekend or holiday.

How long will transactions and statements be available online?
By clicking on the "Current Statement" button, Personal Banking Online allows you to view all transactions posted since your last statement. Clicking on the "Previous Statement" button allows you to view all transactions that were on your previous statement.

When will ATM and debit card transactions appear in my balances?
ATM and Point of Sale transactions that are conducted prior to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, will be updated and reflected in your balances on the following business day. Transactions conducted after 3:00 pm will be updated and reflected in your balances on the second business day. Transactions conducted after 3:00 pm from Friday through Sunday will appear in your balance activity on the following Tuesday. Debit card transactions can take from 2 to 7 days, depending on how quickly the merchant submits the payments.
