Jerome Bruder is an attorney practicing in Monroe Township for the past 21 years. Mr. Bruder has specialized in estate planning, estate administration, wills, trusts, elder law and taxes for the past 40 years. The tax practice includes New Jersey estate and inheritance, Federal estate and individual income taxes. Mr. Bruder practiced with a large Middlesex County law firm for 19 years prior to moving his practice to Monroe Township. From 1989 through 2000, his office was at One Rossmoor Drive. In November of 2000, the offices of Bolster & Bruder relocated to 168 Prospect Plains Road. Bolster & Bruder has three attorneys, George F. Bolster, Jerome J. Bruder and Elizabeth A. Bolster.

The firm of Bolster & Bruder has its roots in Monroe Township, having started as the firm of Dickerson & Devoe in 1969. The firm was part time since Monroe Township did not have a large population. In 1979, George F. Bolster commenced practicing full time and the firm became Dickerson, Devoe & Bolster. In 1988 Jerome J. Bruder and George F. Bolster formed Bolster & Bruder.

Mr. Bruder's practice in the area of Elder Law and Medicaid planning has increased dramatically in the past 15 years. He attributes this to clients living longer and needing to plan for the preservation of their assets, rather than having them expended for nursing home and assisted living costs. In September 2009 Bolster & Bruder established a banking relationship with The Bank of Princeton for many of its client estate and trust accounts. The Bank of Princeton has provided a messenger service which picks up bank transactions twice each week. With the opening of the new branch in Monroe Township, it will be even more convenient to continue the relationship between Bolster & Bruder and The Bank of Princeton.
