The Bank of Princeton is committed to treating and using personal financial information about you responsibly.  This privacy statement explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect personal information, and how and why in certain cases we may share such information with select other parties.  The Bank of Princeton will not share nonpublic personal information, except as required or permitted by law, and we will continue to protect your privacy.

Information about your transactions with us or others, such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage.

Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency or any other third parties, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.

What Information we Share

We do not share any nonpublic, personal information about our customers and former customers to anyone, except as required or permitted by law.  From time to time, certain situations may arise where we are permitted under law to share information about you or your account.  We are authorized to share information with contracted service providers, credit bureaus, and any companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to any other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.  We will also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to government agencies in response to a subpoena.

How we Protect & Secure Personal Information

The safeguarding of your nonpublic personal information is extremely important.  The Bank of Princeton maintains strict procedures and policies to protect your privacy.  All nonpublic personal information is kept under physical, electronic, or procedural controls which comply with or exceed government standards.  There is a limited access to information by employees with a need to know to perform their job function. If you decide to close your account(s) we will abide by the privacy policies as described in this notice.
